RENEWAL:
All members must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement when you renew. This is a one time requirement and remains in effect for as long as you are a member. The agreement MUST be submitted with your next renewal. You will not receive your new card until you submit the agreement.
CLICK HERE to download the form.
NOTE: The Cleburne County Library in Heber Springs will let you print the "Hold Harmless" for a nominal fee.
1. As of 1 July, 2025 all persons at the range must have a "Hold Harmless" on file before entering the property. This includes members, guest, minors, observers, and all others, even if only coming one time.
2. Each person must fill out and sign or e-sign their own form. You may NOT sign for someone else.
3. Only a parent or legal guardian can complete a form for a minor. In most cases, grandparents are NOT legal guardians.
4. Please include your renewal check if you are mailing the "Hold Harmless".
5. If you send the "Hold Harmless" electronically, your typed name constitutes a signature. If you mail it, a traditional pen and ink signature should be used.
6. We encourage you to submit the "Hold Harmless" electronically. It is very easy and will lighten the administrative load on the Treasurer.
